6 People maximum per cottage NO EXCEPTIONS! Renters found with more than maximum occupancy will be asked to leave and lose all deposits. |

SECURITY DEPOSITS: |
A $100 security deposit and $200 rental deposit are required before hand to secure your reservation. Your security deposit will not be refunded if any of the rules listed below are not adhered to, or if there is damage done to cottage or its contents. |

SMOKING: |
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the cottage at anytime. |

PARKING: |
No parking on grass or in front of garage doors. |

NEATNESS GENERAL: |
Please leave cottage neat and clean. Vacuum cleaner is in bedroom closet; broom & mop are behind front door. Do not move any of the furniture. Trash bags are under the kitchen sink and trash is to be placed in large trash containers at rear of the patio deck. |

BATHROOMS: |
Pretend this is Mom’s house. Keep it neat and clean. No sanitary napkins in the toilet. |
|
KITCHEN: |
Dishes, pots and pans are to be washed and returned to their cupboards. Do not adjust refrigerator settings. |
|
LIGHTS: |
Turn off lights when not needed. |
|
FIRE PIT: |
Fire pit is to be shared by both cottages. No fire after midnight. |
|
PATIO: |
Patio and grills are to be shared by both cottages. |
|
VISTORS: |
Visitors are welcome up till midnight, but only those who are renting may stay the night. (Maximum 6 renters). |

NOISE GENERAL: |
No loud music or noise of any kind after 11:00PM (County Ordinance). |
|
NO ANIMALS: |
No Animals are permitted in the cottage or on the grounds. |
|

VIOLATIONS OF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES MAY RESULT IN THE RENTERS BEING REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTIES. RENTERS WILL LOSE ALL RENT AND DEPOSITS IN THAT EVENT. |
