M715 Restoration
|
September 29th 2004 This is what the M715 looked like the day I brought it home. It had been spray bombed camo and had no true markings. It also had a homemade hard top on it, and was missing the front bumper. |

11/13/04 Here I have done some simple things as I have started to collect the proper parts to begin the restoration. Parts like the correct turn and brake lights have been put back on the truck. I also added some basic markings to the truck to help it look less like an old farm truck, and more like a Military vehicle to the general public. |

12/10/04 Start of disassembly so that the whole truck can be sent to the sand blasters. Top, doors, front fenders, hood, windshield frame, and front valance have all been removed. |

|
12/16/04 Progress; Front clip and motor w/ transmission have been removed, along with the tailgate and bed. Most of the cab interior has also been removed. A few more hours and the cab will be off so that the frame can get out to the sand blasters |
